In August, we retreated to a chalet in Poschiavo for a week. We discussed strategic measurements and the development of our services. We also enhanced our team spirit by doing fun outdoor activities and eating delicious food together.

Since we mainly work in the offices of our clients or from home, it is important for essentx to provide the possibility for spending time with the entire team by organising an annual offsite week. This time our focus laid on strategic topics and further development of the elementaris service. In addition, we redesigned our website and enhanced internal security. Far away from our daily routines, we found peace and inspiration for creative ideas. By bringing together each one’s expertise and passion, we were able to achieve remarkable progress.

Strengthening our team spirit was another key goal of the week. Activities such as cooking together and going on extended hikes were not only a lot of fun but also helped the team grow closer. The two office dogs provided entertaining moments and laid the groundwork for new insider jokes.

We are looking back to a very successful offsite week in Puschlav. Not only did we return with new ideas, but also grew to be a stronger, more cohesive team. This experience showed once more, how breaking away from daily routines creates space for creativity and innovation. While implementing this offsite week’s result, we are already looking forward to the next adventure!
